In this 2 hour class, you will gain an understanding of what the science shows as to how we should be eating as well as how to evaluate health and nutrition information. We cover the foundation of what good nutrition looks like, including the evidence behind it. We explore dietary myths–including carbohydrates & protein and what our needs really are, supplementation & the power of whole food nutrition, and ideas for incorporating more plant foods in your diet–including fruits, vegetables, whole grains and beans.
