What is a "Phyto Food?"

“Phyto” means plant and phyto chemicals refer to the thousands of nutrients in plant foods that have amazing healing power in the human body.  Science has now revealed over 20,000 phytonutrients in just one piece of produce, for example, all working in perfect synergy to fight cancer and other degenerative disease at the cellular level.  Phyto Foods also happen to be the same foods that keep us lean and fit.  It just makes sense that we would want a diet rich in these power house plant foods!
